    Based on requests from the industry, we will offer a HACCP course in
    Spanish this year in Miami. To select the dates, we are asking you to
    send
    us a fax or e-mail with your preferences of dates between the months of
    June through September. The selected date will be based on the response
    from people interested in the course.
     
     Please let us know if you will be interested in taking a Spanish HACCP
     course, by marking your preference(s) below and return by April 30 to
     Abigail Villalba via e-mail or fax.
