are offering a Seafood HACCP Workshop February 27-28, 2003 in Salt Lake
City, Utah. The cost of the course is $380, which includes manuals (2),
break snacks, beverages, lunches, and a course completion certificate
from the University of Idaho (CEU's available). The Course will be held
at the Hampton Inn, 425 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, UT.
