    Happy New Year! There is a double-dose of good news to start out 2003 concerning the upcoming Seafood Technology Innovations Conference (February 4-7, 2003 in Orlando, FL). First, we are pleased to announce and honored to confirm that Dr. Mark McLellan, current President of the Institute of Food Technologists will give the Keynote Presentation. In addition, the deadline for making hotel room reservations at the Rosen Centre Hotel (1-800-204-7234) has been extended to January 13, 2003.
