    A great opportunity awaits you at the upcoming Seafood Technology Innovations Conference on February 4-7, 2003 in Orlando, FL. The 2 1/2 - day conference will cover many hot topics including: antibiotic and bacteria testing; reduced atmosphere packaging; and controlling Listeria and other pathogens through improved sanitation systems, high pressure processing, irradiation and other technologies. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials will be speaking on the subjects of reduced atmosphere packaging and filtered smoke processing of fish. The Conference will provide a unique and invaluable opportunity to interact with colleagues from the seafood industry, academia and the government while at the meeting and social events.
