Come to the 54th Annual Meeting of the Pacific Fisheries Technologists in
Astoria, Oregon. The meeting takes place in the new Multipurpose Room of
the Columbia River Maritime Museum.
We welcome participants from industry, government agencies, and
universities to these three days of presentations, discussion, and social
interaction. We will plan a particular focus on industry issues during
the last half days of Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning.
The banquet this year is a Chef's Jamboree, a demonstration and sampling
of seafood recipes by top seafood chefs Gary Puetz, Eric Jenkins, and
Peter Roscoe. This seafood soiree and delectable demo takes place at the
new Duncan Law Seafood Consumer Center, across the street from the
Maritime Museum.
