    The 2nd NFI Seafood Technology Innovations Conference, "Achieving Superior Product Safety & Quality Through Technology," is to be held Feb. 4-7, 2003 at the Rosen Centre Hotel, in Orlando, Florida. This intensive three-day conference includes two seafood packaging programs, a product innovation program and a testing/monitoring technology program along with a program on processing technology. There will also be an exhibit area where several of the new technologies will be demonstrated.
