I would like to inquire from the group who have worked; currently
working on
Carotenoids; or have any info on the subject or website. I need current
info and referral to the following;
Status of the current uses of Carotenoids;
1. As Food Addiditive/Colorant
Surimi and other seafood products?
2. As Feed Ingredient?
