Alfredo,

The Seafood Network Information Center hosts the HACCP web site. Go to
the SeafoodNIC home page via http://seafood.ucdavis.edu and then highlight
"seafood haccp". A menu of HACCP options will appear, and you will need
to drag your cursor to the selection that you want.
