About Greenland Shark (Somniosus microcephalus (Dalatiidae))
Is it possible to use the fins for human consumption ?
Will there be a market?

How to keep it? Frozen? Storage period?

Any suggestions about the price level for shark fins in general, and the
fins from Greenland shark. ?

The sharks are from the artic ocean 79° North.
