    Bob Price (Extension Specialist - Seafood Products) and I have completed
    updating the PowerPoint slides and overheads which trainers use in
    teaching the HACCP Alliance Basic HACCP Course. These visuals follow the
    content of the "HACCP: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Training
    Curriculum," 4th edition, November 2001, Developed by the National Seafood
    HACCP Alliance for Training and Education. The files can be downloaded
    from: http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/haccp/slides.htm

    At the suggestion of George Flick (University Distinguished Professor,
    Virginia Tech), we have included an extra blank formatted slide/overhead
    included in each file so that trainers can easily create supplemental
    training information tailored to their audience's interests.
