Eu directive requests that analysis of histamines should be carried out "in
accordance with reliable, scientifically recognized methods, such as
high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)."
I wonder if any one could tell me what other methods are considered
"scientifically recognized" for this purpose and where if at all I might be
able to get validation of these methods?
I cannot find any ISO standard for same, does anyone know if there is one?
