    Keith,

    This sounds like a great conference, but those of us working for the
    Government down under (Aust), it takes at least a year to convince the
    management that it is a good thing to send us OS.

    SO IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION ABOUT GREAT CONFERENCES please let us know at
    least a year in advance, not 2 weeks. Pretty please !!!!!!!!!!!

    Can you send us the information about the next conference in a year or two's
    time ? I am not joking.

    Dear Seafood Professionals:

    The Seafood Technology Division (STD) of the Institute of Food
    Technologists (IFT) invites you to participate in the Annual IFT
    Meeting in Anaheim, California. The conference is scheduled at the
    Anaheim Convention Center from June 15-19, 2002. IFT's annual
    gathering brings 20,000 food professionals from around the world to
    network and participate in more than 1,700 educational symposia,
    oral presentations of technical papers and poster sessions focusing
    on new product and technology issues. The Annual Meeting also hosts
    The Food EXPO, a global marketplace that brings together creators,
    producers and users of a wide variety of food ingredients and
    additives, processing and packaging equipment and supplies,
    laboratory instrumentation and equipment, food industry services and
    more.

    sessions are scheduled for the annual IFT meeting:
