This sounds like a great conference, but those of us working for the
Government down under (Aust), it takes at least a year to convince the
management that it is a good thing to send us OS.
SO IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION ABOUT GREAT CONFERENCES please let us know at
least a year in advance, not 2 weeks. Pretty please !!!!!!!!!!!
Can you send us the information about the next conference in a year or two's
time ? I am not joking.

The Seafood Technology Division (STD) of the Institute of Food
Technologists (IFT) invites you to participate in the Annual IFT
Meeting in Anaheim, California. The conference is scheduled at the
Anaheim Convention Center from June 15-19, 2002. IFT's annual
gathering brings 20,000 food professionals from around the world to
network and participate in more than 1,700 educational symposia,
