You will need to contact the FDA's
    Office of Seafood
    http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/seafood1.html
    Harvey W. Wiley Building
    5100 Paint Branch Parkway (HFS-400)
    College Park, Maryland 20740
    301-436-2300
    Fax x2599

You should ask them for the local FDA fisheries contact person in your
    area.
You will need to talk to the local person about getting on to FDA's
Certified list of Exporters to the EU .

I recommend that you also read two documents on our Web site below
    before you start :
How to Export Seafood to the European Union
    http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/trade/EUCONTENTS.htm

APEC AIR SHIPMENT OF LIVE AND FRESH FISH & SEAFOOD GUIDELINES
    http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/trade/APEC_Air.pdf
There is a section on the FDA in it.

In the National Marine Fisheries Service, we also have a person at the
U.S. Embassy in Belgium who can help you with EU Requirements
once you begin exporting but talk to FDA first and get on FDA's list.
    The contact in Belgium is:

    U.S. Embassy -Belgium
    Stephane Vrignaud
    Commercial Specialist-Fisheries
    Tel: 011-32-2-508-28-42
    Fax: 011-32-2-513-12-28
    e-mail: Stephane.Vrignaud@mail.doc.gov

    Best regards,

    Jerry Erbacher
    International Trade Specialist
