The specific solution for my problem turned out to be quite simple. As
my plant has already been inspected and approved by the Alaska
Department of Environmental Conservation, they could request that I
receive a central file number from the FDA. This has now been done,
and I should receive the number in about 3 weeks.
The testing of individual shipments can be done when the product is in
Seattle.
