I have a small seafood processing plant in Alaska and have been making
salmon caviar for sale to the Japanese market.

This summer I would like to also sell into Europe. I know that the
European market is for a much saltier product.

Does anyone know what I need to do to get my plant certified so I can
sell to Europe? What agency do I need to contact? What references are
relevant. Does this require a different type of plant certification?
    Any comments would be appreciated.
