Dear Ken,
Count me as one of the many fans of you and the OSU Sea Grant program over
the years. Since graduation from UW Food Science program in 1977 (and even
during) the name Ken Hilderbrand
was held in the highest regard. Countless times you have provided the info
and answers I needed in my seafood career.
