On May 31st I will retire from Oregon State University's faculty after 33
years of service as OSU Extension Sea Grant's Seafood Processing Specialist.
My food industry career spans almost 45 years and it is now time to move on.
This email address will be shut down as of May 24th and my office will be

My wife Linda and I will be traveling extensively throughout the US and
Canada after retirement and will not be accessible by email, phone or US
mail until we settle for the winter in Yuma Arizona and reestablish personal
