Dear Bob,
Thank you for your prompt reply to my concerns regarding UC Davis'
implementation of antiviral software to protect subscribers on our
mailing list.
We recognize that installing the correct antiviral software can be a
complicated planning and budget limiting issue.
I'm looking forward to eventually receiving an announcement which will
finally inform our subscribers of internet mailing list antiviral measures
from either your office or the UCD Postmaster's.
Sincerely,
Pamela Tom
