    Mike,

    There is a company called DMSI (800-229-1367) that sell a Sanitizer/cleaner &
decontaminant approved by EPA for use in around food service area that is
excellent for floor fatigue mats...it's called "Healthec"
Healthtec is used as cleaner for floors, walls, stalls, and fixtures, slides,
conveyors, etc...no diluting is necessary...comes in 1-gal, 2-1/2 gallon, and
    55 gal drums.

The firm also sell the only desinfectant-insecticide combination product
called "Steri-Fab" approved by the EPA for use in food establishments,
industry, and in the home...Steri-Fab is approved as a viricide, sanitizer,
bactericide, fungicide, insecticide, deodorant, Germicide, disinfectant, and
mildewcide all in one...it is also approved by the EPA and state health
departments to be used in day care, nurseries, and on bedding. This product
is applied by spraying the surfaces after regular cleaning. I believe it
comes in 1-gallon and 5-gallon drums.

We use this in our processing center and have no problems with flies,
insects, odors, or sanitation worries. these products are not corrosive and
    are environmentally friendly.
