    Research Assistantships (M.S. or Ph.D.)
    for incoming graduate students in the following areas.

    o Bioconversion of Seafood Processing Wastes into Seafood Flavors,
    Nutraceuticals and Specialty Aquaculture Feed Ingredients

    o Cryostabilization Mechanisms of Muscle Proteins

    o Infusion Technology for Texture Improvement in Muscle Food Products

    o Improvement of Oxidative Stability of Omega-3 Fish Oil by Matrix Entrapment

    o Antioxidative Mechanism of Proteins in Minced Fish Tissue

    o Marine Resource Utilization for High-Value Products Recovery
