Hi Pam,
I have been following this thread with great interest. I am
on mailing lists that do the 'reply' function both ways. I don't see
that it makes a whole lot of difference either way.
I must say that I do appreciate it when list members share
their correspondence. As you say, it is easier to do this when a
reply to list mail goes automatically to all subscribers. In the
rare instances when we want to reply personally ("Off-list"), we can
figure out how to do it ourselves.
