Hi Denise and HACCP Mailing List Subscribers,
The UC Davis Postmaster says that the "Subject:" line has to contain the
words or phrase, "out of the office" or "on vacation." I just called the
Postmaster to please give me the exact key words that the listproc
searches for. He has to contact the programmer for the information. The
Postmaster says it may be a while before he has a reply. So, when I have
the key words, that listproc screens for, I will inform this group.
The last two "out of office" messages that came across this discussion
group from Klaus Schallie (out until 4/5) and Tom Hauschild (out until
4/3) had no "out of office" default message in the subject line.
Our Postmaster explained that some e-mail programs can be configured to
have the "out of office" phrase typed into the subject line, while other
programs might not have this feature. If the subject line for your out of
office message is blank, this discussion group may see of the "out of
office" messages. Hopefully this situation can be resolved shortly.
