Hello,
In an effort to reutilise waste from our processing unit, we intend to
remove oil from offal, initially this will be predominantly salmon oil,
however we also have access to significant amounts of herring and mackerel,
which we would also intend to process. Our facilities are such that we will
be able to gaurantee a very high quality. I wonder if any one has
suggestions as to where I would look for a market for this oil?. I have one
or two ideas but would like to throw it open to the list where there is
bound to be a much broader experience base. Any advice will be greatly
