I would like to expand a little on Ken Hilderbrand's last message to
Binoy and the Seafood HACCP mailing list.

When commercial test products are available, we include them in the
    Compendium (http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/haccp/compendium/compend.htm).
The Compendium chapters with "Commercial Test Products" sub-headings
    feature:
    -test kit name
    -analytical technique
-approximate total test time (including enrichment) and
    -supplier.

It's a challenge to keep track of new products, discontinued products and
company mergers. Please help by contacting either Bob Price
(rjprice@ucdavis.edu) or me (pdtom@ucdavis.edu) if there are any rapid
test products that should be updated, included, or deleted.

In addition, the SeafoodNIC web site has a summary and links to supplier
names for rapid test methods on the "Rapid Tests Methods for Seafood
    Hazards" web page at: http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/organize/rapid.html
Each sub-heading (i.e., Aerobic Plate Count, B. Cereus, etc.) links to the
    corresponding compendium chapter.

    Regards,

    Pamela Tom
