    The Annual Institute of Food Technologists Meeting and Food Expo will be
    during June 15-19, 2002, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.
    As the IFT Seafood Technology Division web editor, I have posted the

    Attendees from outside the United States may need to apply for a visa at

    from IFT. To obtain a letter of invitation please e-mail, fax or mail your
    request indicating your prefix, full name, title, company name, address,
    city, state/province, postal code, and (if possible) passport number to
    the following. Please make your requests early as some countries require a
    specified length of time for visa processing:
