NFI Shrimp Workshop To Feature FDA and USDC Experts
On March 15, 2002, the National Fisheries Institute will hold a one-day
Shrimp Quality Evaluation Workshop in Gloucester, MA immediately
following the Boston Seafood Show. Top FDA and USDC organoleptic
evaluation experts will teach attendees how to assess shrimp against
U.S. government standards through a series of hands-on exercises. There
