This is more of a general food safety question, than seafood food safety,
but I need some help. We have a big customer who requires that food
handlers with moustaches cover them while processing seafood or any food
for that matter. I know that every proud owner of a moustache can slip a
beard net on. But I am sure I have seen covers specifically for moustaches.
They were like a bib and covered the moustache only, not the chin. At
least I think I've seen them. So far searching the WWW and contacting our
current hairnet supplier has been fruitless. If anyone knows a source of
moustache covers, I'd appreciate it if you could share the source with me.
