You might want to visit the "Rapid Test Methods for Seafood Hazards" site
which is on the Seafood Network Information Center server at:
    http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/organize/rapid.html

    This site features:
    - a link to the AOAC Research Institute Test Kit Database
    - links to a few rapid methods articles
    - links to company web sites (world wide distributors are generally
      listed)
    - links on the headings (e.g. Aerobic Plate Count, B. cereus, etc.)
to the corresponding chapter in the "Compendium of Fish and Fishery
Product Processes, Hazards and Controls" which contains additional
information on the rapid test kits.

With so many products out on the market, the list of available test kits
may be incomplete. We are continually looking for test kits to update both
the "Rapid Test Methods" and "Compendium" sites. If anyone has suggestions
for adding test kits to the site, please e-mail me (pdtom@ucdavis.edu).
