Thilak has raised something of interest. His observations are not new, and
not the exception either. The situation is too common (and not only in
India) and raises the question of the competency of the companies that audit
these processors and issue certificates on product inspection.
Olivier Hottlet of Belgium raised this problem at the Shrimp 2001 conference
in Chennai India last September. Olivier was frank too in naming a well
known auditing company in his talk.
