    Hello Listers

    1. White spot in shrimp.
Thanks to you all for your recent useful comments on white spot in shrimp.
I thought that you may be interested to know the conclusion. From further
information that I subsequently received about the problem, it seems that
the problem I was interested in was actually the result of abuse in frozen
storage, which is also referred to as 'white spot', and not a consequence
    of infection.

    2. Food Law
Can anyone recommend a good source or an up-to-date collection of the food
regulations pertaining to fisheries products that compares the maximum
residue limits (MRLs) or maximum limits (MLs) for the majors such as EU,
US, Canada, ANZ, and Japan, for contaminants, additives and biotoxins in
    fishery products?

All the Best for the Festive Season to you all.
