    Regarding your inquiry, I chatted with Mr. Keith Ito, Sr. VP of the
    National Food Processors Association, Dublin, CA. Mr. Ito is not aware of
    a single source which identifies major fish canners in each country. He
    explained that some country fishery associations may focus on one species
    (e.g., tuna), but may not have information on other products (e.g.,
    mackerel, etc.)

    For assistance you might try contacting the embassy agricultural attache
    of the countries that interest you. This web site may help in locating the
