    LSU Sea Grant College Program with Louisiana State Agricultural Center
    will offer the Association of Food and Drug Official Training Courses at
    Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA.
     
    (1) Sanitation Control Procedure for Fish and Fishery Products, May 7,
    2002
    (2) Basic Seafood HACCP, May 8-10, 2002
     
    Participants will receive Manuals, FDA Guide, and Certificates for
    completion of the courses from both LSU Sea Grant and the Association of
    Food and Drug Official.
