    Can anyone tell me of standard bulk sampling plans for quality assurance and
    legislation. The purpose is to develop a sampling regime that will be used
    in fresh fish factories and will satisfy demands put on the Competent
    Authority of third parties by the EU.
    The factories are not huge and may produce 30 tonnes of fillet both fresh
    and frozen per day.
