This Technical Consultation is sponsored by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (F.A.O.), -Fisheries Industries Division (FII), the Fisheries Research Institute of the State University of Uruguay and INFOPESCA, as an inter-government body involved in fish utilization, seafood quality control and marketing.
