Hello
In the recent posting concerning the proceedings of the World Fish Inspection & Quality Control Congress there is mention (by Gelman and others) of a "Cosmos" instrument that showed a high correlation between fish quality sensory data and instrument readings.
I would be grateful if someone could provide me with more detail (such as manufacturer, web site, mode of operation, etc) about this device.
