Dear All,
As we have known, to promote color retention for long
term storage purpose of Yellowfin Tuna in the Cold
Storage, there are two available treatments, which are
treatment with Tasteless Smoke and CO.
We would like to take this opportunity to ask the
experts in this area of research, whether or not there
is any difference in side effects for human health
between the consumptions of the two differently
treated Tuna and also compared with the fresh one
(without treatment),given these three products are in
good condition/freshness.
We appriaciate if we can also get oppinions from our
US Goverment Institution Experts. Thank you.
