    Develop positive working relationships with supplier management, leading to mutually beneficial improvements. Audit West Coast fresh fish suppliers and verify their HACCP and sanitation programs.     Conduct organoleptic and physical chemical tests of seafood and other food products. Decide whether or not product is suitable for use in the restaurants. Efficiently manage multiple tasks as sole operator of Darden’s West Coast QA lab.

    Design spreadsheets and databases for entering inspection data, tracking trends and creating reports.
