The Louisiana State University Department of Food Science and the LSU Sea
Grant College Program are pleased to announce a Ph.D. job vacancy for an
Assistant/Associate/Specialist in all areas pertaining to seafood
processing including food safety, HACCP, processing technology, waste
disposal and other related fields.
Application deadline is October 31, 2001, or until a suitable candidate is
located.
