Program and registration information for the 21st Annual Northwest Food
Safety and Sanitation Workshop "Food Safety and Sanitation - Matters" is now

The two day program begins October 23, 2001 in Portland Oregon. The
registration fee is USD $125.00 by October 8 and USD $160 after October 8.
