Thanks Pamela,
I downloaded the HACCP and Sanitation slides, their brilliant!!
I will be using these, in the UK, to "spread the word".
Keep up the good work, any further PowerPoint presentations you have, please
let me know, they are very instructive and professionally put together.

Daniel, thank you for your suggestion on adding GMP's. Actually, the
Seafood Network Information Center web site has linked for years to
the GMPs under the "USA Guidelines and Regulations" option via:
http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/guidelines/guidelin.htm
Based on your e-mail suggestion, I updated the Sanitation site
(http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/sanitation/sanitat.HTM which I created in
1999) by adding a link to the GMPs (plus a link to the recently translated
Spanish version). Also on this site I've added "Sanitation Standard
Operating Procedures (SSOPs) - Generic Models" which hitherto has been
only available on the HACCP page
(http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/haccp/ucd.htm).
A NOTE TO SEAFOOD MAILING LIST SUBSCRIBERS: please feel free to e-mail
Bob Price (rjprice@ucdavis.edu) or me (pdtom@ucdavis.edu) with your
suggestions for updating or adding information to the SeafoodNIC web
site.
Thanks to Ken Hilderbrand at Oregon State University. Ken e-mails us
almost weekly with great link ideas to enhance the SeafoodNIC for the
worldwide seafood community's benefit.
