Hi Mike and Seafood Listserv Subscribers,
Yes, single or quantity purchases for all HACCP Alliance training manuals
plus the FDA Hazards Guidance may be ordered via IFAS.
Last night after e-mailing ordering information on the FDA's Guidance, it
dawned on me that perhaps the word has not gotten out yet. The
distribution center for the HACCP Alliance Training materials has recently
RELOCATED from No. Carolina State University to the Institute of Food and
Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) Extension Bookstore at the University of
Florida. The home page for IFAS is http://ifasbooks.ufl.edu and the
direct url for ordering the books is at
http://ifasbooks.ufl.edu/merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=IFASBOOKS&Category_Code=SGBK
The HACCP and Sanitation Control Procedures trainining manuals can be
ordered via IFAS:
-Sanitation Control Procedures for Processing Fish and Fishery Products,
1st ed.
-HACCP: Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Training Curriculum,
3rd ed.
-Fish & Fisheries Products Hazards & Controls Guidance, 3rd ed.
-Curso sombre Precedimentos de Control Sanitario para el Procesamiento de
Pescados y Mariscos, Segunda Edicion
