    Dear Friends,

    Does anybody know the easiest, quickest and most efficient chemical test to detect any defect of fish (post rigor) either after harvesting or thawing (for frozen product). What do you think about Eber Test (Alcohol 90%L:Ether:HCl=1:1:1)--using this reagent to detect a piece of flesh. Thanking you in advance for your answer.
