Louisiana State University Sea Grant College Program will offer two AFDO/HACCP Alliance courses:
(1) Basic Sanitation Control Procedures for Fish and Fishery Product (SCP) Training Course on September 18, 2001 at the Nelson Memorial HAll, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA 70803. (2)Basic Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points for Fish and Fishery Products (HACCP) Training Course on September 19-21, 2001 at the same location as the Basic SCP Training Course.
