Can anyone out there give me some information regarding quality
standards, food safety/HACCP issues for pasteurized refrigerated and
frozen meat from blue crab (Callinectes sapidus) and blue swimming crab
(Portunus pelagicus)? I am especially interested in the latter as it is
produced in some underdeveloped areas. Thanks in advance for any help
you can provide.
