    Dear All,

    I wonder if anyone has any technical specs or a manual for an AFOS No. 30
    HITECH smoking kiln. I am in the process of restoring one for our small
    smokehouse.
    I especially need figures on concentration of smoke particulates from
    chimney during processing for an Environmental Effects Report.

    I will also need figures on expected amounts of waste produced (water,
    solids, etc) by a small smokehouse and any standard techniques for dealing
    with waste products in a sensitive environment.
