    Dear members

I am a producer of caviar substitute products (lumpfish, capelin). I was
recently told that it is forbidden to use sodium benzoate and potassium
sorbate when producing for the Korean market. Can anyone confirm that?

    Also:
Do you know a preservative that is allowed in Korean caviar products?
