You can link to the USDA nutrient data laboratory through SeafoodNIC at:
http://seafood.ucdavis.edu.
Look in the "Nutrition and Food Labeling" menu and choose "Nutrient Data
Laboratory (USDA)". Choose "Search" under the "Search the Nutrient Database"
and enter "tuna". There you will find a wealth of "chemical composition"
data for varies species and forms of tuna including canned tuna.
