    In response to #4 above (re: etc.), the Seafood Network Information Center
    web site has links to Rapid Test Methods for Seafood Pathogens at:

    http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/organize/rapid.html

    Note: At the above web site we also have a link under "Quality" to GEM
    Biomedical, Inc. for FishCHECK, a rapid test used to detect the quality of
    finfish (i.e., codfish, catfish and tuna). There's a problem with the
    link (6/01/01) and I hope to have it resolved early next week.
