Herb Hultin and I have been asked to prepare an overview of seafood
research activities of the past few years with a view toward establishing
priorities for the coming years. If anyone on this listserv has prepared a
summary of such research activities dealing with seafood safety, quality,
utilization, etc. in recent months, we would appreciate receiving a copy to
