Dear Colleagues,

Does anyone know the acceptable values for TVB (Total
volatile bases), TVBN (total volatile bases nitrogen) or TVN
(total volatile nitrogen) for squid. I have found in Europe
legislation that the acceptable level is different dependig
of the specie.

Any help will be appreciated
